Jungle Trail offers you 2 nights and 3 days Pench Safari Packages. Our itinerary is carefully designed keeping in mind the needs of a great wildlife experience. Our highly-experienced team of drivers and naturalists who know the forest like the back of their hand; make sure that our guests have an unforgettable experience in the deciduous heaven of Pench.

Day 1: 11th April 2024 : Arrive at Nagpur
Arrive at Nagpur Railway Station / Nagpur Airport. Our Drivers will be ready to pick you up from Nagpur Railway Station / Nagpur Airport by 7.30 am. We drive to Pench Tiger Reserve approx. 100 kms in 2.5 hours. Check into the Camp. You are advised to take some rest and meet the Team at the common area at around 12.30 noon. We shall have a short introduction section among all the participants. Lunch at the Resort would be at around 1.00 pm. After Lunch, we head to the first afternoon jungle safari with our expert guide. After Safari, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel and we go off to sleep to ensure that we get up fresh next morning for the second game drive.

Day 2: 12th April 2024 : Adventure Begins
Wakeup Call at 5.00 am and we meet at the meeting area in morning at 5.30 am to experience the real beauty of Pench, the one you have been reading, since your childhood in the Jungle Book. Tea and Coffee would be ready at the meeting area. We start from the Resort at 5.45 am. We would be carrying our Packed Breakfast. Return to Hotel by 11.00 a.m.  You can then rest and enjoy the pool till Lunch. Lunch will be served around 1.00 pm. After Lunch we go for another afternoon Safari. After Safari, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: 13th April 2024 : Return
This is your last Day. We do not have safari this morning. Have a lazy Morning and enjoy the Breakfast at the Resort. We check out by 12.30 am. Pack your Bags and we will bid adieu to one of the most scenic park of India.  Cars will be ready to drop at the Nagpur Airport / Railway Station. You can have your Lunch at extra cost. If you wish to have safari this morning we can arrange the same at extra cost. Safari needs to be confirmed and booked in Advance at the time of booking the package. Safari can not be arranged at the last minute.
Things to carry: Face Mask and Pocket Hand Sanitizers are must during the Safaris.
  • Carry your id proof given at the time of booking the safaris (compulsory).
  • Comfortable loose clothing, preferably cotton and full sleeves for summers
  • Warm Clothes, Gloves for Chilly early morning safaris.
  • Muted color clothes, which blend with the surroundings, no loud colors.
  • Sunscreen to protect yourself from sunburn and tan.
  • Mosquito repellant / Odomos to protect from insect bites.
  • Reusable bottle of water, since we discourage the use of plastic/ disposable bottles.
  • Light quick bites like peppermints, nutribars etc. for long safaris. Nothing liquid or semi-liquid to be carried.
  • Comfortable footwear, preferably sports shoes.
  • Personal medication, if any.
  • Portable easy to carry torch.
  • Binoculars are helpful for distant sightings and birding.
  • If you are carrying a camera, please carry spare memory card and battery.
  • A Bandanna or a Scarf is helpful to protect yourself from sun.
  • Good comfortable hat / cap as you will be wearing it for a long time
  • Pocket diary and pen to make notes of the sightings and behavior.

Inclusions:
  • Stay on Single / Twin sharing basis as required.

Exclusions:
  • Any other services or meals which are not mentioned in the above "Includes" section.
  • Expense of personal nature such as mineral water, laundry, telephones, beverages
  • Any tips to the Hotel Staff, Safari Driver or Guide at your will.
  • Camera Charges if any. (Depends upon the Sizes of the Lens)
  • Travel cost up to Nagpur from your Residence.
Payment Policy:
  • 60% of the trip cost at the time of Booking.
  • Balance 40% of the trip cost one month before the Trip date.
Cancellation Policy:
  •  All cancellation before 30 days of the event date – 25% of the Total Trip Cost to be deducted.
  • All cancellation between 15 to 30 days of the event date –  70% of the Total Trip Cost to be deducted.
  • All Cancellation during last 15 days – No Refund.
